• Delete My Account: Users can request the deletion of their account and all associated data by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving the request, DMG Vision Info will delete and purge the user’s data from its servers within 7 working days.

11. Reporting Violations:

DMG Vision Info is not responsible for damages resulting from app use. Users agree that Indian laws govern app use, and any related issues will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to Privacy Policy:

DMG Vision Info reserves the right to amend the privacy policy based on management policy norms or Government of India guidelines.

13. App Features and Compliance:

• RC Search, Challan Search, and DL Search: These features provide details that are publicly available on the Government Parivahan site (https://parivahan.gov.in).
• Driving Test Exam Preparations: Offers question banks and mock tests to help users prepare for their driving tests.
• New Launch Bike & Car Details: Provides updates on new vehicles, including variant specifications and pricing.
• Document Storage: Allows users to store their insurance, PUC, RC, and other important documents securely.
• My Garage: Users can add vehicles to manage expenses, upload documents, and set reminders for insurance and PUC renewals.
• Insurance Details and Renewal: Users can view and renew insurance through our affiliate partner, Acko Insurance.
• Vehicle Service: Facilitated through our affiliate partner, Vehicle Care.
• Buy Accessories: Users can purchase vehicle accessories through our affiliate partner, Amazon.
• Traffic Rules: Provides state-wise traffic rules and regulations.
• Fuel Price Updates: Daily updates on city-wise fuel prices.
• Buy & Sell Cars: Allows users to sell or buy used cars through affiliate programs.
• Challan Pay: Users can now pay traffic challans directly through the app. The process involves users paying the challan amount along with a convenience fee through the Razorpay payment gateway. After payment, we settle the challan on the Parivahan or state challan portals on behalf of the user. We may require user OTPs to complete the settlement, which will be collected with the user’s consent. In case of failure to settle the challan, we will refund the paid amount within 5-7 working days.

14. Log Data:

In the event of a problem while using the app, DMG Vision Info may collect data and information (via third-party products) on the user's phone log data. This log data may include information such as the User's device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, app settings, time and date of use when using our Service, and other statistics. However, no personal information of the User is released to DMG Vision Info or by any third party without the express agreement of the User.
